Ocean Operations Executive (Import/Export)

Job Summary:

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri; 8.30am - 5.30pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm (Work from home)
• Salary: Basic Up to $3,200 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the maintenance of documentation related to the company's Import/Export operations.
• Managing permit declarations and ensuring timely clearance deliveries.
• Handling Import documentation processes in collaboration with carriers and Co-loaders.
• Ensuring efficient shipment handling and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Establishing communication with vendors/suppliers for import shipments.
• Responsible for invoice preparation and conducting invoice verification when necessary.
• Proficient in managing transshipments and cross-border shipments.
• Undertaking any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of relevent experience
• Good understanding of import and export procedures for ocean freight.
• Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus

• Develop and plan strategies to grow the company digital device business
• Handling education business industry in Singapore
• Liaising with various schools (Primary, Secondary, JC), Polytechnics, University, International school, etc). on the usage of company digital device

Assistant Marketing Manager

• Assist in planning and execution of business units’ specific marketing plans to help met the objectives of the various business units

• Ensure timely briefing, production and execution of all advertisings and promotions, and all above and below the line campaigns including in-stores marketing collaterals, price changes, new products launch and etc.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target consumer segments, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product visibility, competitor activities, and gather insights from retail partners.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements for future marketing strategies.

• Work closely with creative and digital agencies on website and social media accounts content updates, in-store visual merchandising & renovations, ad-hoc projects and etc.

• Preparation of reports.

• Support any ad-hoc activities assigned when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma, preferably in marketing with min 2 Years of working experience in the related field

• Possess good problem solving skills, results-oriented & communication skills.

• Meticulous, ability to multi-task & passionate to deliver projects on time.

• Possess a positive attitude and willing to learn new things.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

IT Executive

• To support development, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications
• To support and maintain the activities of IT operation
• To plan, coordinate and manage installation and maintenance activities when required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full sets of Accounts, and prepare relevant schedule and reports to be ready for Audit.

· Timely data entry to the accounting system and preparation of reports

· Reconcile accounting records and bank records

· Prepare Invoices and debt collection

· Check and follow up with payment matters

· Liaison with Clients and suppliers and vendors, external Auditors and Tax Agents

· Prepare and file GST returns

· Submit survey reports required by government

· Provide other supporting functions to the Finance Division and Company

· Prepare fortnightly payroll from collection of data to arranging payment to staff.

· Assist on budget and forecasting exercises

· Handles staff attendance, leave updating

· Knowledge of Employment Act

· Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting related qualifications

· Min. 1 year relevant working experience in Accounting is preferred

· Proactive, committed and able to work in fast paced, high volume processing working environments

· Positive attitude, hardworking, possess initiative & ability to work independently

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words.

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines

· Meticulous and detailed oriented, good filing system

· Possess and inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem finding and resourceful in problem solving

· Excellent inter-personal skills, problem solving skills and a team player
