Job Description

• Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers;
• Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers;
• Entering confirmed orders into order system;
• Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers’ location;
• Documentation of order archiving;
• Conduct general office administration;
• Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies / Engineering
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Taking appointments. Registering of patients. Taking parameters of the patients like height and weight. Doing simple in house tests. Booking appointments for investigations to be done like X-Rays, CT scans, endoscopies, including hospitalisation etc. Bank in cash daily.

Dispensing of medications and collecting payments. Inventory check and ordering drugs. Chase unpaid invoices. Simple accounting.

5.5 days workweek.

Responsibilities:

Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function

Updating and maintaining of records required

To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries

Liaising with vendors / other departments when needed

Perform other Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum ‘O’ Level

· Competent in MS Office Applications

· Responsible and highly motivated individual

· Positive Working Attitude

· Independent, meticulous and possess initiative

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin

· Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage

· 5-day work week

· Able to start work immediately

Job Purpose

Develop and deliver the most appropriate and comprehensive product range for each category that maximizes profitability through buying efficiencies, pricing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Merchandising Support in areas like category / stocks / market planning , pricing

Providing relevant reports to determine the merchandising budgets / consumer trends and execute of the necessary.

Conducts competitive price checks and ensures company products are competitively priced with timely communications with the stores

Constant analysis of stock situations to ensure immediate rectification of overstock or understocked situations

Supplier/Vendor

Knowledge of shipping documentation and co-ordination with forwarders, shipping companies, locally & overseas

Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and source new suppliers for future products / brands

Training

Conducts training on new product and seasonal launches

Ad-hoc

able to multi-task , Demonstrates creativity, integrity, passion and self motivation

Ability to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure and managing workload with little direction

Has business-like approach, uses tact and diplomacy when negotiating

Absorbs and assesses information quickly

Enjoys dealing with people whether by phone or in person

Team Player

Well versed in Microsoft office, especially excel. Good worksheets skills to generate structured reports

Skilled in Photoshop / Illustrator is a good tool to have for needed alterations

Able to communicate with intermediate writing skills for the billingual languages ie Mandarin and English, in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking supplier.

Job Description

i. To enter sales order into accounting system.

ii. To prepare sales invoices and delivery orders and follow up with customers' payments;

iii. To maintain customer profile;

iv. To check and maintain inventory record;

v. To create project and update project status by coordinating with project leader;

vi. To update the bank book and prepare bank reconciliation;

vii. To prepare journal entries;

viii. To update and maintain subsidiary accounts;

ix. To prepare inter-company billing

x. To maintain accounting software;

xi. To file accounting documents and reports;

xii. To perform any ad-hoc accounting task assigned by the department head;

xiii. To perform general administrative tasks as and when required;

xiv. To perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.

Requirements

¨ Diploma in accounting,

¨ Min 1 year experience in handling accounts;

¨ Prefer to have experience in assisting superior in preparation of financial and management reports;

¨ Knowledge of accounting software, preferably with SAP experience;

¨ Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently;

¨ Good team player.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Mechatronics/ Optics and Photonics Engineering or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in manufacturing/ production industry
• Experience in optics/ lasers/ optical microscopic imaging/ multi-channel fluorescence system used in analytical equipment is an added advantage.
• Experience in using multi-meter, function generator and oscilloscope.
