Deputy / Assistant Manager, Digital & Social Media
[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a creative professional to join us to promote and communicate Singapore’s land transport policies and projects through LTA’s digital and social media platforms.
You will conceptualise, develop, and execute digital communications plans to build and deepen public understanding of LTA’s policies and projects. This involves the planning, management and implementation of various digital publicity tactics and online ad buys. You will also need to work with various stakeholders, vendors as well as different content publishers/key opinion leaders to ensure LTA’s various messages are conveyed effectively to different target audience segments.
As a digital campaign officer(s), you will play a proactive role to optimise the campaign under your purview while ensuring the overall comms objectives, key performance indicators, budgets, and timelines are on track. You will also analyse the campaign findings to glean insights on key takeaways and/or recommend improvements for future campaign runs as well as prepare management reports.
Additionally, you will be part of our vibrant team to ideate and develop creative and exciting digital tactics to educate and engage netizens on LTA’s socials, including the creation of various multimedia collateral (e.g. static visuals, GIFs, TikTok videos/IG Reels) in-house and/or with a creative agency.
As part of our issues/crisis comms work, you will need to keep active tabs on online sentiments and conduct digital media monitoring & analysis work on various LTA’s issues & news. You will be rostered to prepare regular sentiment analysis reports to apprise management and work with stakeholders to prepare timely responses to safeguard and/or enhance LTA’s reputation effectively in the long run.
[What we are looking for]
• Tertiary qualification in Mass Communications, Digital/Social Media/Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field preferred. Those with more relevant work experience will be considered for a more senior role.
• Avid user of social media platforms and has a keen interest in content creation and trends
• Creative thinker with good storytelling and analytical skills
• Familiarity with digital and social media ad buy planning and execution works
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team player with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
