• Filling of HR documents

• Receive incoming mails and send outgoing mails

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing

• Arranging business travels (flight,hotel etc)

• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers

• Prepare project contract(tender documents)

• Preparing of shipping documents

• Coordinate with freight forwaders for incoming/outgoing shipments

• Ensure on time delivery to customers,preparing commercial invoice to oversea supplier

• Any other HR functions as needed

-Prior experience in HR operations and admin will be at advantage

• Responsible for day-to-day preparation, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditure, accounts payable and receivables.
• Able to handle full set accounts and maintain complete records of all financial transactions according to general bookkeeping principals.
• Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and preferably with Sage Accpac or relevant accounting software knowledge.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB: Sales Coordinator

*JAPANESE & ENGLISH SPEAKER IS REQUIRED.

・Assistance of Senior executive(Local Japanese speaker) to work procedure smoothly.

・Making quotations to customer’s enquiries, including emails & calls to customers on job requirements & delivery schedule.

*Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often.

・Follow-up sales after submitting quotations.

・Internal arrangements after receiving an order and coordinate with the customer for delivery.

・Making customs clearance documents for export and making Invoice to customers.

・Sending shipping slip to customers & forwarders.

・Receiving proof of delivery to proceed making TAX INVOICE.

・Follow up on overdue payments and reminders.

・Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.

・In addition, the Company may require you to perform other duties.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Business level Japanese(Equivalent to JLPT 2)

- Business level English

- At least 3 years to 5 years of working experience. (No requirement of working maritime industry)

- Good Excel skill.

- Good communication skills
