We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints from customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage all aspects of the customer journey, from order placement to delivery and beyond
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers;

2. Follow-up with concepts and proposals approved by clients and puts them into reality;

• Partner with shared services team to deliver a full spectrum of HR business partner services to all levels of staff in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations etc.)
• Provide advice and guidance to line management on HR operations matters such as leave, compensation & benefits, performance management related matters etc.,
