The Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP) is responsible for the incineration of waste and the heat generated from the incineration process is recovered to produce electricity. SHANGHAI TCM WELLNESS is a beauty TCM located at the Heart of Jurong west market.

Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base.

We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments.

We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced beautician / Masseuse Therapist (Full-Time) to our growing family.

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager

OWIS is looking at appointing a Social Media Executive of the following job responsibilities:

• Thinker
• Manages and grows the school’s social media channels to increase brand awareness
• Understands the target audience (i.e. prospective parents) to develop engaging and relevant social media content
• Works closely with teachers and parents to create content (e.g. success stories, parent testimonials, etc.) that promotes the school to prospective parents
• Tracks and monitors user engagement and feedback for each social media post (e.g. likes, comments, reactions, etc.)
• Analyses the user engagement data to determine the effectiveness of the social media channels and types of content, and makes improvement to the content and delivery based on the results
• Interacts with audiences and replies to queries and comments on the social media posts in a professional manner
• Works closely with the other departments and coordinates social media messages (e.g. creates posts for Open House together with Admission team, etc.)
• Assists the wider marketing team in the development of online campaigns such as e-mailers, clientele engagements, social media announcements and e-marketing campaigns
• Stays abreast of social media trends and competitors’ social media activities
• Comfortable working on Social Media tools like hoot suite, simplify 360 et al

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
• Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.

Working Location: Nanyang Campus (Jurong West)

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare BIM e-submission to authorities

· Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors.

· Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission

· Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Architecture or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modeling (BIM)

· Minimum 3 years experience in BIM or using Autodesk Revit Software

· Experience in BIM e-submission to authority

· Experience in preparing construction drawings using Revit software

Job description:

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assisting in Payroll administration including computation of OT hours on daily attendance records
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and PRs only
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, multitask, good team player and work in fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
