Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. - Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation. (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial)

• Review contracts for sales, construction, purchasing/procurement, or EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and other commercial matters. Direct participation in negotiation may be requested depending on situations.
