An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Responsible for financial risk management in commodity by reporting trading position and managing contracts. In addition, he or she needs to manage contracts and relationship with suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Correctly update trades (physical, paper & long term contract) details and generate daily Mark-to-Market PnL report
2. Perform analysis on PnL & Position movements
3. Asses market situation & create weekly market analysis report
4. Contract management, tender bid and offer
5. Prompt update to logistics on allocation and any changes
6. Perform reconciliation for month-end & year-end closing process
7. Work closely across departments and monitor points of control
8. Other duties as assigned
