Job Scope:

• Researching prospects, cold calling, and generating new leads.
• Introducing our products or services, qualifying leads, and nurturing leads using email marketing or direct mail.
• Setting up and delivering a sales presentation or attending site briefings and doing site measurements.
• Sending proposals, generating quotes, and negotiating terms.
• Follow up with sales orders and coordinate with the project team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Attend monthly sales meetings and provide quotations timely.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations timely.
• Handle phone calls and emails from potential clients.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Follow up for outstanding quotations that are not converted to sales orders.
• Resolves customer's issues.
• Make appointments and visit potential customers for new business opportunities.

Position Overview:

The role of Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary is responsible for providing all administrative and office support to our General Manager for Distributor Markets and our regional directors in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support on day-to-day operational support and play a central role in keeping the daily activities on track
• Help to coordinate extremely active calendars, meetings, travel arrangement.
• Summarise business documents and information from across the region.
• Organize virtual or in person meetings with managers in the region and in Boston, as needed.
• Host distributors and other SharkNinja visitors in Singapore.
• Build connections with counterparts in APAC Sharkninja, as well as in HQ in Boston.
• Coordinate support for various office related matters
• Prepare expense reports and help in getting their approval

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of working experience in office administrator, office assistant or similar roles
• Minimum Diploma in business administration or relevant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to operate video conferencing (e.g. MS Teams)
• Good communication skills
• Honest, works based on ethics and integrity. Ability to handle sensitive business data and other information with confidentiality and discretion
• Meticulous, attentive and careful in details and thorough in completing assigned duties
• Dependable, can be relied upon to fulfill all job obligations with minimal supervision.

My client is a well established local multidisciplinary consulting firm in Singapore.

Location : Central Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of civil and structural engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.
• Oversee technical project delivery, including design calculations, specifications, and ensuring compliance with local standards (Eurocodes, Singapore Codes of Practice).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and drafters, ensuring design integrity and quality control.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for structural components.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of innovative and sustainable engineering practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for necessary approvals, ensuring designs are aligned with statutory requirements.
• Attend meetings with relevant parties to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a PEB recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant design experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, SAP2000).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore design codes and local authority submission procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• With experiences in HDB projects.

The Company

Opportunity to join a global leader in the industrial equipment and automation sector as Invoicing Executive.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Controlling, you will work independently in overseeing the invoicing and letter of credit for the Services business unit. You will be responsible for the working closely with Order Management and Sales to review of Letter of Credit (LC) from customers, preparation and submission of necessary invoicing documents and LC to the banks. You will also lead the resolution of invoice discrepancies, review of incoterms and obligations and accurate and timely generation of invoices and uploading of invoices to customer portals.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree or Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience

• At least 3 years of experience in handling invoicing and Letter of Credit (LC) with strong knowledge of incoterms within an MNC environment
• Experience in handling LC negotiations and preparation of export control documentation
• Exposure to SAP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with Order Management and Sales department
