Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.

3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

4. Develop and implement administrative processes and systems.

5. Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

6. Track and report expenses.

7. Conduct research and data analysis.

8. Preparing documentation for ISO documentation Flow Process, SOP and WI

9. Control Inventory and asset

Requirements:

Min 3 years relevant experience in administrative job scope

Experience working in a lab setting or document control is an advantage
