• Assist Logistics Manager for all Outgoing shipments
• Prepare and dispatch courier services shipments.
• Updating Daily Portnet vessel schedule.
• Print GST Permits for submission to Accounts Dept.
• Shipping Advice of all export shipments
• D.O sorting / Handle petty cash collection from C/O party
• Calling / Receiving Calls from Care-off parties (24hrs)

Requirements:

• Minimum N level / ITC cert
• Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics
• Certified Customs Declarant advantageous
• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to write and converse well in English
• Good MS Excel skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work under stress in a fast pace environment

Duration: 12 months (Renewal)
Salary: $2,000/month + bonus
Location: Jurong East
Working Days and Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

1. Arrange the courier services to collect the cheques payment and email the cheques copy
2. Performing administrative functions such as scanning, filing, preparation, maintenance of schedules and listing
3. Raising purchase requisition
4. Arrange courier for finance & treasury documentation
5. Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Singaporean
2. Min 1 year experience
3. Diploma

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our kitchen:

Assist in the preparation of food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions

Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed

Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations

Coordinate food production, stock and quality

Ensure station is organized so that meals go out on time and the work area remains clean and orderly

Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regards to taste and temperature according to the company standard

Monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipes to reduce spoilage and wastage

Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen, the equipment, work stations and environment.
