The Department of Psychology, National University of Singapore (NUS), invites applications for the position of full-time research assistant to serve as study coordinator for a new project funded by the National Medical Research Council. Scope and responsibilities
The research assistant will provide support to the PI (Asst. Prof. Kean J. HSU) and other project team members on overall research administration for the project, including coordination of research staff and trainees based on a lab schedule, training and supervising new volunteer research assistants, screening, recruitment, scheduling, and retention of research participants, following up with participants regarding their online follow-up assessments up to six months post-baseline, tracking of overall research project progress, as well as running participants through in-lab study protocols. The Operations Executive (Commercial and Environmental) assists with the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage cleaning services
- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation
- Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations
- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
- Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly.
- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)
- Recruiting of manpower for projects
- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site

Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations
- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

Manage cleaning teams
- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

Manage incidents
- Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management

Job Requirement:
- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in related fields

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to be part of our Ecommerce Team.

What will you do:

• Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, etc in Singapore
• Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
• Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
• Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media
• Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
• Other days to days of operation. Logistics-related matters regarding running an e-commerce business

What is takes:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly initiative with positive energy
• Process good attitude towards learning and improving

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the team in the execution of VivoCity’s long-term digital road map and the execution of digital solutions for the automation of processes in VivoCity, including ensuring the continuity of loyalty programmes, development of systems across departments including Retail Design Management and Leasing, portals and CRM in order to increase work efficiency, competitiveness and improve the quality of the shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the martech team in all marketing technology projects, including the loyalty programme, tenant portal
• To support project development by carrying out testing, training and deployment planning prior to project roll-out
• To coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors on the implementation of assigned projects
• Support the team in updating policies and compliance measures, digitization of work process across departments, executing loyalty initiatives to increase membership base and active spend.
• To conduct market research on competitors and marketing technology trends
• To undertake any other roles or projects when requested by line managers either on a temporary or permanent basis
• Strong project management skills and experience in supporting a digital-based loyalty programme, ideally in the Singapore retail mall landscape or ecommerce portals.

Process & Compliance

• Responsible in ensuring that all related workflow and processes are in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements compliance (e.g. PDPA, reports etc)

Job Requirements

• Degree with 2-3 years of experience in loyalty marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the retail/ecommerce/banking/martech industry.
• You should be a team player, creative, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills. You should possess pro-activeness and desire for more knowledge with a positive attitude, and, ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision.
• The successful candidate will have a willingness to work through a project from planning to launch and have a willingness to learn new software and systems.
