With experience working in Maid agency/ Sales admin will be an advantage

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Face of Plexsonic: As an ambassador, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service, sharing your product knowledge and offering tailored recommendations to customers seeking the perfect audio experience.
• Offer a Bespoke Experience: Guide customers through a unique, personalized journey in-store, including taking custom ear impressions (full training provided).
• Maintain Store Excellence: Ensure the boutique remains immaculate by performing daily housekeeping, making sure products are perfectly displayed.
• Own the Checkout Experience: Manage POS transactions seamlessly, ensuring a smooth sales process for every customer.
• Keep Us Stocked & Ready: Assist with stocktaking and inventory management of consumables to ensure we’re always prepared.
• Handle Logistics: Process shipping and returns, ensuring every detail is taken care of for a hassle-free customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide support in both AP & AR functions and Admin Duties;

· Administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, answering of phone calls, filling & documentations, etc;

· Check and verify suppliers' invoices before input into system

· Assist in any adhoc task assigned

Requirements

· Well spoken and written communication skill.

· Able to work independently and multi task

· Able to commence work immediately

• Assist lawyers in filing and prosecutive of trade mark applications.
• Advise clients on trade mark laws and procedures, strategies and courses of actions available.
• Calculating, docketing and monitoring deadlines
• Reviewing specifications, search and examination reports
• Any other matters/ projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical, organised and able to work independently and exercise initiative.
• Good work attitude and team player.
