• Communicate and work closely with the various teams on the reception of customer orders, and liaise with the various customers accordingly on receipting/forecasting
• Input/Maintain data records using the company’s system for the various customers job orders
• Prepare the various customers’ account summary/statement and manage the invoicing process
• Liaise with both customers and company stakeholders on pricing/transfers
• Handle the various payment preparations with utmost confidentiality
• Address/Resolve the various customer concerns effectively and efficiently
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for three executive leaders and play a pivotal role in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Exceptional organizational skills are essential for maintaining an accurate database of executive officer key contacts and managing board members' expense claims. The role extends to handling social activities for board members and maintaining and proactively addressing administrative and logistical challenges to optimize the executive team's time.

In addition to providing administrative support, the Executive Assistant will be also be expected to coordinate meetings, prepare logistics and agendas for internal events. Timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders is crucial, requiring strong communication skills.
