**Job Description:**

As a Managerial Assistant, you will assist in the daily operations of our tutoring centers and participate in study abroad services, including helping students prepare their application materials. This position requires you to demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities and high efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Assist the manager in developing and implementing operational and marketing strategies for the centers.

2. Participate in planning and executing study abroad services, including assisting students with their application materials.

3. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

4. Assist in marketing activities, especially promotions related to study abroad services.

5. Organize and coordinate meetings, training, and other team activities.

6. Analyze data to suggest improvements in services and processes.

7. Handle customer inquiries, especially those related to studying abroad.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with experience in education training or study abroad services preferred.

- Proficient in both English and Chinese, capable of effortless verbal and written communication.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using office software like Office.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the clients.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and/ or engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
