• Execute month-end closing activities for IT Controlling. Close FCF tasks, prepare journals and send all IT controlling month end signed JVs to Accounting.
• Prepare RCoC monthly Man-Day and ITT resource allocation for closing.
• Responsible for quadrimester closing activities, calculate and prepare Fee Income Accrual posting for all IT project cost centres.
• Update RCoC IT application actuals in Self-Service portal for management reporting.
• Review monthly actuals from SAP to Cost-To-Go file and perform consistency check on actual vs plan, monthly GR report prepared by MBGSP and monthly year-to-date PO commitment report and inform RCoC if there is cost overruns.
• Monitor and analyse project costs against budget allocations, identifying areas of cost overruns or inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in all financial reporting activities.
• Execute regular upload SAP data into SST.
• Initiate year-end closing activities, prepare timeline and guideline, organise kick-off meeting with IT HoDs and key stakeholders. Consolidate and calculate each RUN application. Update budget entry in SAP for each project. Prepare final invoices to the markets for year-end closing.

3. Service Agreement (SA) / Invoicing (Regional IT Hub project cost)

• Create of SA and CR after completion of FC09 and MBBP planning cycles.
• Separate manual process for China SA/CR to expedite tax and custom clearance.
• Perform consistency check on SA and CR status and budget check status.
• Ensure billing schedule, SA/CR status, customer PO, invoice/credit notes are updated in billing tracker file.
• Follow up with markets on unsigned SA/CR and missing customer PO, inform IT responsible to follow up disputes or clarification.
• Review SA/CR templates on yearly basis and initiate SA/CR template contract sign off form with all relevant parties.
• Regularly review service agreements and invoices to identify discrepancies, billing errors, and potential areas of non-compliance, implementing corrective actions and process improvements, as necessary.
• Prepare and compute billing schedule detail information or MBGSP to issue invoices to the markets. Review invoices prepare by MBGSP before sending invoices to Accounting.

4. Actual Reporting and Closing Activities (Regional IT Hub)

• Execute month-end closing activities for IT Controlling. Close FCF tasks, prepare journals and send all IT Controlling month end signed JVs to Accounting.
• Analyse monthly financial reports for ITT project cost centres and highlight issues and potential risks to ITT Management
• Support monthly IT cash flow exposure forecast to local and HQ Treasury

5. Others, Projects and Ad-hoc Assignments

• Liaising/Coordinating with MBGSP Controlling Shared Services team.
• Raise PR for IT Controlling and follow up with vendors if there are outstanding invoices.
• Record and log non-compliance IT purchases for reporting
• Provide quality support for identified projects, coordinate presentations preparation, support in IT Controlling projects.
