7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, budgets, costs, and contracts. Prepare regular reports on project financial performance for management and clients.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, PQS) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management principles.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS 365, AutoCad and Estimating software).
