Job Description

• Manage a team of technicians and contribute to the overall success of after-sales department
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE "N" Level or equivalent with 1 year of experience in managing an automotive workshop
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
