You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities focusing primarily  in Indonesia.

Looking for Field Sales Executive/Manager for Cosmetics sales in Salons and Retails shops in Singapore market. Field job with great commission on sales along with Fixed.

Education: Minimum 12th/High School/O Level

Age: 18+

Preference of people from Sales experience in Cosmetics sales in Singapore. If you have Salon sales experience, that is a big plus.

Budget: Depending on candidate profile - SGD 2000 to SGD 4000 + variable quarterly

Full time and Part time - Both Options available, though Full time is preferred.

• Establish new customer base in the region.
• Servicing existing customers.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in Sales & Marketing, Business or equivalent;
• Possess at least 1 year of sales and business development experience
• Ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds;
• Bilingual in English (National Language) & Mandarin (due to large number of SMEs owners are Mandarin speaking)
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills;

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Monthly content planning and writing content briefs with local team for We Are Social’s Instagram page
• Posting of relevant quarterly global reports
• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed
• Assist the Account Manager and Account Director on day-to-day delivery of output
• Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards
• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes
• Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed
• Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
• Be meticulous and organised in content reviews and job filings

What are we looking for?

• Has experience working in an agency
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
• Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department
• Attention to detail and organisation skills is a must
• Comfortable with writing, proofing and public speaking
• Skilled in MS office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Work Location: Central

Working Hours: 5days (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of any laws and regulations regarding compliance
• To provide advice and guidance on compliance policies and procedures relevant to the applicable rules and regulations of the company
• To provide advisory and manage any Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries
• To conduct due diligence checks and account/profile reviews at Client onboarding or periodically
• To conduct screenings and investigations on accounts or relationships
• To identify and mitigate client relationships and/or account activities that may present sanctions risk

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum of 5 years’ compliance experience in EAM or Private Bank
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
