Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive (F&B) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, specifically for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Onboarding Support:

• Coordinate with HR and F&B management to ensure new hires are onboarded effectively, including scheduling of training programs related to food hygiene, customer service, and F&B operations.
• Handle new hire documentation and ensure smooth communication regarding onboarding schedules.

• Create leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential clients and present the products/services according to their needs and requirements.
