Responsibilities
 Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
 Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
 Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
 Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
 Manage and maintain employees within the Group’s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and
other employee relations matters
 Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
 Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
 Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal
 Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company’s documents including but not limited to
Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
 Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned

About the Role

Responsible for building and managing relationships with all of AIA’s custodian partners for retail accounts. Drive the overall efficiency of the onboarding new partners, account opening, as well as ongoing managing, monitoring and reporting processes

What you will do:

• Establish an efficient and integrated process of custodian account opening, problem solving for new accounts, due diligence checking and ongoing account asset value monitoring/reporting
• Build and manage business partnering relationships and as well as onboarding of new custodian partners
• Responsible for account value updates, maintenances as well as account analytics to support internal analysis and reporting
• Lead all the requests and issues in relation to custodian account opening and maintenance including but not limited to asset transfer, deduction of charges, buying/selling/replacing assets, top-ups, withdraws, change of particulars
• Liaise with Asset Managers (appointed by Customer), where applicable, on signing of LPOA and all transaction requests triggered by AIA or client
• Manage the end-to-end process, and responsible for the overall efficiency of the custodian account opening, managing, updating, and reporting processes

Other focus areas include assisting with

• Accounting issues and vital reporting
• Regular reviews and internal/external audits
• Regulatory and internal reporting

What you should have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in financial industry
• Collaborative, great sense of responsibility and a strong team player
• Possess a passion for capital markets and dealing with enjoy working with various stakeholders
• Investment performance reporting / risk analysis experience will be an added advantage
• Familiar with investment reporting system and MS office applications including Excel, Power Point, Word
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; accuracy and detail orientated

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and executing BIM Executive plan for company level and project level;
• Assist to review, develop and maintain office BIM documentation standards;
• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects and ensure completeness and accuracy of the BIM model and drawings;
• BIM coordination with client and external consultants;

Detailed Job Description:

• Be technically proficient in prevailing BIM standards and to maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM best practices;
• Assist to develop or co-author office BIM standards;
• Ensure that the firm performs within set technical guidelines by providing or co-authoring standard operating procedures;
• Meet with senior management regularly and give regular reports, which include individual's performance, project status and development of BIM standards;
• Ensure that technical procedures, documentations and standard policies are adhered to;
• To assist in setting up and periodically review the BIM reference library;
• Create and develop BIM models and documents;
• Continued coordination of BIM model with third parties such as consultants, specialists, contractors, clients and the like;
• Assist senior in technical training to the office and provide continuing coaching and upgrading as required;

• Assess and negotiate incoming Maintenance & Repair estimates with the respective repair vendor/depot.
• Make sure the best possible Maintenance & Repair quality in a most cost effective manner.
• Verify incoming Equipment Check reports (ECR) for plausibility and correctness.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong technical knowledge in tank containers industry.
