Executive Assistant

• Manage calendars or travel arrangement for Singapore management team and visiting guests to Singapore, include flight/hotel booking, visa application, restaurant booking and etc.
• Administrative support to Country Manager and key executives
• Liaise with Chinese HQ for new employees’ internal system/email setup /documents signatory
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time sensitive, confidential documents
• Make travel arrangements, manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports

• Overseeing the general office tasks

The Senior Creative Services Executive oversees the day-to-day facilitation of creative services, such as resource allocation, capacity & capability management and overall creative operations. He/she project manage the process of creative development, ensure that work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality and within budget.

As the Senior Creative Services Executive, you’ll be working closely with Creative department as well as Brand Management team to facilitate the allocation of resources and management of timelines.
