Responsibility:

· Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads.

· Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer.

We’re looking for a Finance Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day and monthly closing of the Finance function within the company, reporting to the Finance Manager.

1. Adhere to the company’s finance and accounting processes, and ensure that company policies are in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Maintain and monitor effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
3. Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from Operations.
4. Handle full spectrum of AR, AP, cash and GL functions.
5. Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
6. Support audit and tax queries.
7. Liaise with banks on banking transactions.
8. Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy or related field;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• At least 1 year experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
