• Bachelor or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in security, electronic, or electronic project implementation
• Prior experience dealing with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/ systems will be ideal
• Knowledge in Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.
• Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling of purchasing, warehousing & transportation functions
• Lead a team of staffs handling daily purchasing/warehouse operation to ensure meet delivery schedules
• Manage customer audit and complaint relating to purchasing and logistics operation.
• Oversee MRP fulfillment, stock replenishment, purchasing and order management, suppliers’ contract and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) management.
• Manage the 3rd party logistics warehouse operation and logistics suppliers.
• Co-ordinate on logistics equipment and facility maintenance and improvement.
• Continuously explore initiatives and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing/ Logistics/ Materials Management/ Procurement/Supply Chain Management
• Min 3 years experience in purchasing and/or logistics function in manufacturing environment
• Min 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS18000 preferred.
• Experience in using ERP software (Movex) and Kaizen methodology will be advantageous.
• Experience in managing and auditing 3rd party logistics warehouse operations
