• Completing all assigned tasks by outlet mangers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, then educating staffs regularly.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers and directors to solve the issues.
• Following all SOPs, food health, safety and hygiene, then educating staffs regularly.
• Orientate and train employees so as to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.
• Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
• Manage the manpower cycle (Recruiting, Training, Managing)
• Prepare outlet report and provide operational feedbacks to outlet maangers, and director.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle customer's enquiry and feedback. Must do a service recovery.
• Plan & perform inventory control i.e. Stock ordering, reduce/control wastage.

Management Executive Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, Hospitality or similar.
• Experience in a management role or similar is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving skills

Management Trainee Packages:

• Salary range: $4,000 - $5,500 per month
