Primary

Manage the effective daily parts return process by:

i) Review all RMA requests submitted to ensure they are valid and supported by proper documentation before recommending approval or rejection consistent with the Company’s policy and procedure

ii) Coordinate with all relevant Corporate department – PM, Asset, Logistics, Credit and Sales to ensure all Non-Quality RMA request(s) are valid & supported by relevant Offset and Replacement CBO (where applicable) as stipulated in the Company’s RMA policy and procedure

iii) Coordinate closely with the Quality Process Department (QPD) to ensure all Quality related RMA request(s) due to the specific quality issue are valid and supported by proper Customer(s) / Supplier(s) Corrective Action Report (CAR)

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting Club Lounge Manager to oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently
• Retrieving guest arrival report from Merlin and liaise with F&B team on amenities, room blocking as per guests’ preferences
• Maintaining cashier float, ensure accurate daily report of money received and performs audit balances in accordance to accounting policies and procedures
• Maintaining standard of behaviour, appearance, and attitude in accordance with the hotel’s brand
• Conducting daily beverage inventory and other inventories as required by management prior to closing the Club Lounge for the day
• Greeting all guests in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
• Coordinating with other departments to provide excellent service delivery
• Attending to guest’s complaints, inquiries, and requests and if there is a complaint that needs assistance, refer to the Club Lounge Manager or the Duty Manager
• Preparing buffet set-up for breakfast and evening cocktail and providing host or hostess service to our club paying guest at the Club Lounge
• Ensuring proper decorations and food are displayed in order
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the Club Lounge and pantry area

What we need from you

• A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures regarding e-mails, messages and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems
• Fluency in spoken English language. Knowledge in an extra language skill would be great, but not essential
• Motivated individual with a friendly personality
• Strong knowledge on Singapore and places for recommendation to business travellers/ tourists in creating a memorable hotel experience for them
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Manage and provide administrative services (e.g., assisting patients with their appointments and making arrangements pertaining to their medical treatment).

• Perform service recovery such as managing complaints from patients.

• Chaperoning of patients to ensure smooth treatment process.

• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.

• Other duties and projects assigned by your reporting officer as required.

• Cabin crew experience--is a PLUS

• Manage the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and selection, preparation of contract, orientation, work pass management, employee relations, and manpower planning.
• Ensure that company regulations and practices align with the Employment Acts and statutory requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Proficient in PayMaster and Unit4 Prosoft HR system will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Learning and Development preferred.
