You will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. Day to Day Activities

• Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers

• Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo’s official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat and emails
• Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required

• Dealing with service failure and crisis management

Who We Are Looking For

• Passionate team member who loves to serve
• Minimum two (2) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role, preferably with live chat support background
• Experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk is preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must

Reporting to the Finance Manager (Accounts Receivable), you will be entrusted with:

Key Responsibilities:

• Meticulous handling and documentation of all trade receivable functions.
• Identify, assess, and highlight credit risks, evaluating clients' credit history.
• Monitor debtors aging, collections, and reconciliations with precision.
• Compile daily and monthly accrual journal entries, contribute to month-end closing procedures, and prepare Accounts Receivable GST reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial and business-related legislation.
• Review and propose enhancements to internal control procedures and policies within the Accounts Receivable team.
• Provide support to Management on special projects and business change initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with minimum 5 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, Reporting and Credit Evaluation.
• Prior experience using accounting ERP system
