RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of highly technical engineers to define solution design and services, validate design artifacts and initiate ideations, strategy and future design.
• Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management experience: both onshore and offshore.

• Appreciation of neighboring technologies: Market Data, Voice, Virtualization Computing and Multimedia.
