Your duties as a Project Executive – Buyers Programme are as follows but not limited to:

• To assist Event Manager in overall management of buyer’s programme
• Coordinate and liaise closely with international buyers, partners and exhibitors
• Provide support in buyer’s registrations, email enquiries, buyer reimbursements as overall support to the buyers team.
• Coordinate with partners and hotels on rooming list.
• To work closely with our trade show contractors, buyers, delegates, and ITB Asia team to deliver a successful show.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma (or equivalent) in any relevant field
• Preferably 1 years of events management experience
• Experience in the Meetings and Events industry.
• Meticulous and analytical while performing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with international buyers.
• Efficient with good time management skills, ability to work on multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise / follow up with property agents for expat housing related matters

- Process claims application for expatriates

- Manage proper aircon servicing contract records with appointed Master Aircon vendor

- Review and processing of invoices (e.g. aircon contractor, handyman, laundry services, furniture rental etc.)

- Ensure proper update of rental listing and records for accurate monthly rental payment

- Necessary support for Expat moving in / out of Singapore

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in business / real estate / any related field

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in expat management

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Possess experience in processing invoices / payments via systems

Requirement:

Duties of Stock Control Executive:

• Manage inventory to enhance accuracy and integrity continuously.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.
• Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound activities to align with company objectives.
• Reconcile inventory between the system and physical counts.
• Monitor and manage expiry dates of products.
• Conduct cycle and annual stock takes accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments on stock quantity issues.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of O level/ITE/Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Management or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse inventory management will be advantageous.
