Role

• Assist HR Manager in handling day-to-day HR full spectrum
• Advise and support other departments on HR matter
• Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records
• Manage employees’ information in Infotech and Million system
• Work pass application for external parties
• Payroll for external parties
• Assist on HR daily administrative activities
• Other ad-hoc HR duties

Pre-requisites

• Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.
• Conversant in English, both spoken & written
• Conversant in Chinese (both spoken & written) is a plus to handle Chinese clients.
• Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must have the “Can do!” attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player and positive mindset
