- Be involved in the annual audit process for multiple entities and act as one of the main points of

liaison with auditors, especially on technical matters

- Manage ad hoc projects whenever required

Requirements

- A degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience within an asset management

business, or from Big 4 or outsourced accounting services industry with experience specialising

funds/financial services industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.

- Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous and detailed oriented.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure in a small team.

- Must be organised and able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

- Must be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders.

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, service providers, regulators, auditors

and senior management

- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures

· Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk

· Issue apartment access key cards

· Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs

· Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements

· Manage residents’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system

· Perform simple bookkeeping

· Make and confirm reservations

· Assist with the onboarding process for new employees

· Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests

· Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers

· Receive and convey messages to residents promptly

· Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents’ valuables and belongings

· Perform related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Entry level candidates who have attained a ITE or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification are welcomed to apply;

· Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork

What you will be working on?

As International Relations Officer, you will be part of a team that drives foreign engagements to leverage on opportunities in achieving objectives and support Singapore's broader bilateral engagements.

• Assess requests, prepare briefs/reports for senior management, and planning and executing exchanges with foreign dignitaries and counterparts.
• Work with other agencies to achieve Whole-of-Government objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in international relations or relevant discipline.
• Prior civil service international relations work experience, knowledge of the mechanisms of foreign diplomacy, processes and dynamics in bilateral and multilateral settings would be advantageous.
