· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues or delays.

· Provide customers and other stakeholders with excellent and personalized customers service, meeting and exceeding their KPI and expectations.

· Coordinate with truckers, shipping carriers and other vendors to ensure timely execution of orders.

· Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to customer orders.

· Monitor and follow-up on potential orders and bookings.

· Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, Bill of Lading and Notice of Arrival

· Prepare reports based on customers’ requirements.

· Proactively respond to customer enquiries with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention

· Ensure all events of orders such as booking details are updated promptly.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge with port system and any other related shipping systems.

· Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relation with colleagues.

· Any other duties as assigned by General Manager -Tanks & Chemical Logistics
