• Ensure compliance with IT security and privacy regulations through monitoring and support.

• Maintain accurate documentation and oversee the management of IT assets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science/Information Systems).

• Preferably 3 years of relevant IT experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in operating systems (Mac OS, MS Windows & Linux), Google Apps platforms, and both wired and wireless networks.

• Familiarity with Imaging software such as Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Premier.

• Desired knowledge in Python, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with PHP, Java / HTML JavaScript is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You have the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

• Service Level Performance.
• Service Continuity and Availability.
• Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.
• Obsolescence Management.

You area also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.

To assist in planning, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspects of the Project.

• Assist in Managing new setup or upgrade of system/infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Provide project documentation and reports.
• Assist in Maintaining the financial budget for the project.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Executive with proven ability to handle project administration.

The successful candidate will be joining the Art & Creative Team and is required to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan project timelines (including ODM and OEM projects)
• Ensure that each design phase is completed within the allocated time
• Monitoring and tracking task completion, including local and overseas team progress
• Prepare submission documents for licensor submissions
• Steward information on project progress and feedback
• Update tracking progress on project management software
• Update product development sheet and PO schedule and progress sheet
• Maintain and update physical project files, and ensure all progress is documented
• Ensure documented information is accurate at the time of update
• Update progress report for management meeting
• Ensure project deliverables are completed before each stage
