Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily administrative duties and ensure smooth operations
• Manage and process all billing and invoice-related tasks
• Keep the company's filing system organized and up-to-date
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
• Ensure the office has the required stationery and pantry items
• Maintain and upkeep office furniture
• Manage the mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing accordingly
• Provide support for various additional tasks as needed
