About the role:

• Provide general administrative support;
• Front desk administration duties including greeting and welcoming guests;
• Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;

• Go through clients' physical mails received daily and process mails which require immediate attention;

We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel ofall communication.

- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as

Facebook and Instagram.

- Create and execute EDM schedule.

- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24

hours.

- Initiate and maintain a yearly schedule of events for marketing campaigns.

- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns both room-side as well as F&B at

property level, enabling more customized and need based marketing.

- Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing

needs.

- Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all

communication is up-to-date and on brand

- Create and ensure version control of all graphic collateral assets in all departments of all

hotels and F&B.

- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue

relationships/partnerships.

- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a

planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.

- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer

opportunities.

- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new

developments.

- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs

- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from

time to time.

- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results

- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met

- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media

- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage

- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant

- Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals

- Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase hotel’s presence and participation

Other Projects/Responsibilities:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness

• Keeping abreast with online market trends and new developments

• Actively monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing programs

• Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives

• Develop annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel

• Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the whole warehouse operations and in charge of day-to-day inventory and distribution management.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
• Conduct prompt investigations for any shipping and inventory discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine and implement effective preventive measures.
• In-charge of assessing, maintaining, and updating appropriate procedures and paperwork’s.
• Manage and maintain procurement-related operations within the department.
• Execute system testing, simulations, and/or validations on a regular basis.
• Any ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 3 – 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience in supervisory role.
• Prior experience working in Distribution Centre Management will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

Responsible for administering and addressing queries related to Compensations, Gratuity, Post-Retirement Medical Benefits and Monthly Pension.

Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Compute and process payments for compensation, gratuity, pension in accordance to stipulated policies and guidelines and ensure payments are made within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Report KPI adherence timely.
• Perform activities related to Post-Retirement Medical Benefits, such as claim verification, updating of payment records, preparation of recovery letters and tracking of arrears.
• Respond to enquiries received via email and telephone.
• Prepare journal entries for transactions between ministries.
• Prepare supporting documents to support verification exercise and audit checks.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Information Security, this role is responsible for protecting MSIG’s business, employee, and client data across our business units (BUs) in Asia in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as group and local policies. In addition, this role will monitor the outsourcing framework and controls in the region, with the support from the Head of Compliance & Information Security as Data Protection Officer, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the MSIG Asia entity.b

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual information security action plan in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
• Develop, maintain, and support a robust and effective incident reporting and tracking system, and review, monitor, and report on the corrective and improvement measures
• Monitor and advise on the operating effectiveness of information security workflows and controls
• Manage information security projects in Asia, including automation projects
• Monitor, advise, and support outsourcing matters across our BUs in Asia, and manage the outsourcing requirements for the MSIG Asia entity
• Conduct annual on-site reviews of our BUs in Asia
• Support the Head of Compliance & Information Security as Data Protection Officer under Singapore’s PDPA for MSIG Asia entity, including ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of data protection by communicating the policies, managing related queries and complaints, and liaising with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as required
• Report to the Board and management on adherence to applicable laws and regulations as well as group and local information security and outsourcing policies and risks
• Review, update, and maintain the regional information security and outsourcing Policies, Regulations, and Guidelines (PRGs) to ensure consistency with the relevant laws and regulations as well as group and local policies
• Enhance the awareness of information security by developing training tools and materials
• Design, develop, enhance, implement, and maintain Compliance & Information Security automated/digitalised workflow management and reporting applications
• Handle and manage periodic reporting tools for regional monitoring, and consolidate the results
• Draft, develop, and edit the reports and documents for internal committee meetings
• Support the Compliance team and collaborate on:

1. Compliance related topics such as fraud, regulatory sanctions including AML/CFT, the Group’s internal regulations and guidelines (e.g., PRGs, compliance manual), annual Compliance Program, etc.
2. Periodic mandatory training to promote awareness of compliance to our staff, and in support of our BUs in Asia
3. Risk assessment on Compliance (CRA), Fraud (FRA), etc.
4. Annual Internal Control Program (ICP/JSOX)

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in information security (regional strategy and planning, risk management, regulatory operations and compliance), and preferably with at least two years of experience in a middle management role
• Good knowledge of information security and cybersecurity risks and controls, processes, workflows, methodologies, and trends
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of regional regulations in information security and the insurance sector
• Good experience and understanding of Asian cultural and business dynamics
