· Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently

· Perform repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment

· Assist with the monitoring of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans

· Attend to work orders allocated by Mechanical Engineers

· Perform other duties as assigned

Role & Responsibilities

• Involve in SIM 1,2,3 discussion and support action plans related to capacity planning

• Support effectively communication between SIM 1,2,3 levels and drive continuous improvement in capacity& process planning

• Responsible for daily tracking and reporting of operation efficiency (TO lines /hr)

• Responsible for accurate capacity (labour, equipment and storage space) planning and reduce overtime and downtime in the warehouse

• Responsible for transport coordination to ensure accuracy of container scheduling

• Performs other related duties as assigned by Management

• Interacting with customer representatives/ agents on urgent tasks; Manage shipments (import) in highly detailed and timely manner

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management

• At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics operations with global presence

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and terminology such as FIFO, MIGO and etc. Working knowledge on inventory management and transportation

• Able to understand and communicate in English, Good communication skill

• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications

• Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP is preferred

• Strong analytical and planning skill

Secured Loan Servicing Team

1. Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans.

2. Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.

3. Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers/law firm

4. Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents

5. Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents

6. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

7. Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival.

8. Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries

Other expectations

1. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately

2. Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager

2. Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

3. Assist Team Manager by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
