Key Responsibilities:

• Heterogeneous Integration: Engage in the complete processes of semiconductor package assembly, including die preparation (dicing and back-grinding)
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments/equipment used in the heterogeneous integration processes, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, and ensure the availability of processing materials, and support assembly lap operations
• Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse colour coded data to ensure the highest quality of assembly processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Daily meeting with BU MRRT focal to validate and follow up on manufacturing NCs that is related to logistics
• Provide logistics input to identify the cause of the defects through warehouse validation with the support of QC inspectors and advise appropriate owners to address the issues through daily MRRT meeting
• Drive reported logistics issues for proper containments, disposition and correction actions
• Handle BU manufacturing NC complaints and task and perform root-cause analysis to identify the effective correction and process improvement
• Process audit lead for site focal and perform quarterly process audit and report out findings closure on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Draft and prepare quality instructions, guidance, stand down for quality
• Site quality focal for first line quality matters in raw material warehouse that supports customer manufacturing
• Prepare reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for logistics review with customer

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or other related discipline
• Experience with implementation of 8D, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor
• Quality inspection and auditing experience
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as GDPMDS
