Responsibilities
• The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
• Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.

Requirements
• Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
• At least 2 years of experience as a WSH Officer
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree

Job Description

• Conduct debt collection from debtors via phone calls.
• Negotiating with debtors to provide best payment option to clear outstanding amount.
• Initiate necessarily follow up action for collection (as per defined process).
• Conduct administrative duties - monitoring of payments and file management.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service while collection actions are adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Able to handle complaints and understand customer concerns to provide solution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers on account onboarding for new customers.
• Follow- up on required information/documentation related to account onboarding.
• Ensure provided information and documentation are in accordance with bank’s KYC (know-your-customer), AML (anti-money laundering) and CDD (customer due-diligence) requirements for initial onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
• Perform screening of customer names on prospect.
• Performs day to day management of the account maintenance processes.
• Responsible for various type of project management in the account services space and managing cross-functional relationships with all teams.
• Determines new work procedures, analyses complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
• Ensures awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.

Requirements
