Job Purpose:
- Responsible for developing activities, within the I&C discipline, focusing on long term strategies, governance of technical guidelines, projects and action plans. This includes evaluation and identifications of improvements on business value, compliance and technical safety in order for the fleet performance improvement considering best practices in all MODEC Group shared as common practices as well as to promote research and development.
Core Responsibilities:
Contribute to continuous improvement of IMS by following and filling in projects status, updating and monitoring implementation of IMS documnets under I&C discipline.
Support MdB`s corporate annual budget planning for E& I&C coordination by providng information based on previuos experiences,technical knowledge and best practices in the market.
Contribute to MODEC`s participation in biddings of project by supporting preparation / develpment together with MOPS/MII/MINC/Pre Ops Team by bringing technical and operational experiences to new project in develpment.
Ensure knowledge management, which includes mjonitoring its starts, actions taken, knowledge database maintenance, as well as auditing inclusion of forms in the system by sharing lessons learned among MODEC Ops Fleet and subsidary company, being responsible for exteacting and listing up all lessons learned from operations experience and evaluating and reviewing feedbacks in MIMS.
Ensure technical support to Tier 2 Reliability for specific case to be defined by proper procedure(boundary scope) by responding to MOCs. TQs, RCAs, CAPA , NOI and safety studies recommendations upon request anddeveloping recommendations/solutions when necessary.
Contribute fordeveloping and maintaining Global Design Philosophy & Functinal Specifications by reviewing and or updating each assigned documents.
Develop and improve all the technical / business lifecycle guide/process/procedures from BID, EPCI, Pre Ops, operation, maintenance and decommissioning, by actively particiapting on all phase of projects, constantly monitoring and analyzing all standards and guideline defined for the I&C discpline, as well as proposing and elaborating actions plans for the technical Recommendations received from other Tiers.
Maximize business life cycle value and ensure fleet performance improvement by developing and researching new technologies, controllling KPI`s results, monitoring the resoulution of issues related to the I&C discipline and deceloping actions plans of continouous improvement through systematic approach and methodology following MODEC technical philosophy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bach degree in Engineering is required
Masters Degree / Post grad in areas related to discipline of expertise has an addtional advantage.
CREA certifications is required.
Minium 7 years of overall experiences in Offshore / onshore Oil&Gass area is required.
