Roles & Responsibilities –

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions, including to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our x86 rack servers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our internal support system.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with internal and external customers for timely replacement.

Requirement-
