As a holiday advisor/travel consultant, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from Japanese membership base and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling companies leisure products. As well as servicing for English speaking members. (Australia and New Zealand.)

Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the “holiday experience” required by our members and aligning availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
• Promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Processing bookings.

Job Requirements:

• Japanese and English language skills in order to liaise with Japanese and English speaking clients and counterparts in Japan.
• Proficiency in any additional Asian language is desirable for effective communication and collaboration with clients who speak that language
• Good communication skills to work with clients.
• An excellent telephone manner as communication with client will be done on phone.
• First class influencing skills.
• The ability to use multi-application software and reservations systems.
• Sales and/or call center experience; travel industry sector experience is desirable.
