The mission of Pacific Reseller Operations is to be the voice of Reseller Channel within Operations to ensure our products are in the right places at the right time, supporting Sales and our Partners to achieve Apple’s financial goals. We are focused on managing our supply chain as efficiently as possible, in order to maximise sell through while aiming for a frictionless Channel fulfilment experience for our partners. Within the Reseller Operations team, the Channel Fulfilment Analyst is responsible for ensuring orders and returns are managed, executed and delivered on time and applying analytics and insights to streamline or automate fulfilment processes in support of Apple’s Weekly Channel Fulfilment to Resellers.

Description

• Independently process Order and/or Returns Management activities and manage Reseller inquiries (Order Cancellations, Repricing, Returns & Delivery Escalations) in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Target Service Levels (SLA) and SOX requirements
• Define and lead the rollout of New Product Introduction Order Management Activities such as System Configurations and Order Transition Plans when required
• Champion and continuously improve Channel Fulfilment, Order and/or Returns Management processes or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sub-regions and/or lines of businesses
• Responsible for driving key fulfilment, cost, work driver and service level metrics (KPIs) by identifying and root causing issues, developing scalable preventive solutions and leading its rollout
• Participate and/or represent Regional/Global Capital Improvement Projects including Business Requirements Definition and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coach and train Channel Fulfilment Analysts on Fulfilment, Order and/or Returns Processes

Key Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in an Operations role such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Returns & Delivery Management and/or Logistics. Experience in Order or Returns Management is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex issues, findings or analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrate attention to details, capability to manage and prioritise competing tasks and ability to deliver quality results under compressed timelines
• Proven analytical problem solver with ability to root cause complex issues using analytics to resolve and design short term remediation and/or long term improvement initiatives within and across functional departments

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As part of SEA&I Finance Planning team, this role will be –

• Supporting the Finance Lead for Nike Direct Digital Commerce, SEA&I (NDDC) to manage NDDC monthly planning processes and deliverables, including performance management initiatives.

Stay abreast of LNG and energy industry trends

Experience with Finastra Trade Innovation Plus (TI+) solution or equivalent.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all TI+ related inquiries, providing expert guidance to within the team, and towards other stakeholders (Business and Management actors).

• Identify opportunities for improvements on TI+ implementation and customization strategies, as per best practices established by the vendor.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for other team members and project contributors, enhancing their understanding of the product and its functionalities.

• Oversee and contribute to the rollout of major upgrades and releases of TI+.

• Coordinate with Finastra support team to review company’s cases raised for defects and enhancement requests.

• L3 support to maintain TI+ application

• Perform level three support of applications in production.

• Analyze and evaluate the bugs as raised by first and second level support.

• Coordination with support team and technical team to investigate the bugs.

• Specify acceptance criteria for bug fixes.

Qualifications and Profile

• The position requires a minimum of 10 years relevant Business Analysis, with at least 3 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager.

• Certifications: PMP, agile ACP or CSM, CBAP or equivalent will provide an advantage.

• Trade Finance domain knowledge.

• Extensive knowledge in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.

• Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow design, using tools such as MS Visio, UML diagrams, BPMN.

• Hands-on experience of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and practices, with experience using Cucumber, and X-ray tools.

• In-depth knowledge of parameter-driven applications, using message injection such as XML.

• Knowledge of TI+ solution or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Finastra Configuration Management tool (CMT) or equivalent.

• Proven project management skills with experience leading and delivering small to medium projects on time, within budget using delivery methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) or Waterfall.

• Proficiency in SQL for data query, analysis and update, enabling the delivery of new features and fixes to production.

• Knowledge of message queuing tools (e.g. MQ tool) to mock testing when required.

Main responsibilities

As a Functional Tester:

· Handle the core banking system’s and payment system’s various test phases: regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation

· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

· Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems

· Overall responsible for ensuring End to End testing for all the streams.

· Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)

· Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.

· Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management

· Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders

· Prepare regular reports on test results

· Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing

· Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing

· Managing testing at times when required and found the issues / testing not closing or moving as expected

Job Requirements:

• The position requires a minimum of 8-10 years relevant functional tester experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.

• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.

• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.

• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.

• Proficient in End to End, Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications

• Knowledge of all phases of IT testing lifecycle and IT system development and implementation life cycle

• As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), be able to forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. It could be a limited travel aspect for this role

As Application Support Analyst, you will be involved with innovative and fully DevOps oriented teams in order to provide support for both the Asian and Europe Region.

This position is part of a support team for core banking suit of application, named ISIS. It is deployed across the ASIA & EMEA in multiple entities which targets to:

• Payments, domestic and cross border
• Financing
• General Ledger
• Accounting
• Financial reporting for local regulator or Head Office in Paris.

The solutions are built and supported in Paris and in Singapore.

Scope of Work

• Manages user requests & incidents in a timely manner

1. Prioritizes User requests based on their urgency, their criticality and their context. Ensure all incidents investigation and follow-up in case of third-party / vendor involvement, communication and pushes for resolution including workaround identification
2. Ensures adequate and efficient communications toward users, senior management and other IT stakeholders during incident management process (major or minor).

• Ensures Daily support tasks

1. Ensures sanity checks are performed (morning, evening) and on-calls duty
2. Contributes to change requests, urgent data modifications and INTPRODs executions
3. Escalates issues if need be, but remains the main point of contact for the user
