Job Purpose

The role will support the Regional Compliance, Data Privacy functions with the handling of day-to-day compliance,
This will include Data privacy issues for the Regional Office in Singapore and Allianz operating entities (OEs) in the Region.
The role will manage, document and align with Group Compliance (German Desk) on key compliance topics of customer protection, data privacy management and corporate compliance. • The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applcations. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
• Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years’ experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.

Quality Control is part of the Assets & Wealth Management Operations Team supporting all aspects of client Onboarding to include the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements for the Wealth Management division of JPMorganChase.

As an Analyst within the KYC Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client KYC records adhere to regulatory standards. Your role will involve ensuring the high quality and timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements at the beginning and renewal of client relationships. You will also be tasked with making independent recommendations regarding AML risk and escalations, serving as the first line of defense.

Job responsibilities:

• Review, analyze client KYC information and ascertain whether on-boarding or periodic review of the client will post additional AML and reputation risk.

• Analyze challenging account opening situations and ascertain whether there will be potential issues.

• Validate source of wealth corroboration according to firm guidelines.

• Review of client documentations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with compliance and control function where it relates to regulatory audits / requests / initiatives.

• Represent the team and participate in KYC/AML related discussions, committees, and forums.

• Conduct periodic training & awareness sessions to new hires and various refreshers to staff.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Broad knowledge of rules and regulations for various Asia jurisdictions (particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore), with focus on KYC/AML.
