Our client is a Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a AR Finance Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including billings, receipts, collections, intercompany billings, and reconciliations.
• Review and approve credit note requests, ensuring they are properly documented.
• Assess creditworthiness of new customers, conduct periodic credit reviews, and manage credit limits and shipment holds to minimize risk.
• Prepare timely debtors ageing reports and statements of accounts to meet Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets, and resolve collection issues with relevant parties.
• Maintain Customer Master data in the ERP system.
• Generate and validate sales reports, ensuring alignment with General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle bank-related matters, including Letters of Credit.
• Assist with Intercompany Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, banks, and external auditors as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

1. Job Summary

As the Finance and Admin Executive at New Hope Community Services, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in our community. This position is essential in ensuring the effective allocation and utilisation of financial resources for our programmes, thereby maximising our impact on the lives of our residents / clients. 2. Key Responsibilities

Finance and Administrative

• Ensure collection of programme / shelter fees by the first week of the month.
• Support the collection of statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the programme.
• Support the implementation of information / data management system for effective collection and maintenance of client and operational data.
• Verify statistical collation and review information management system.
• Process payment to Housing and Development Board (HDB) and vendors.

Overall Purpose of the Job

To provide high quality and timely analytical services for both treaty and facultative lines business. This includes reserving, commutation valuation, model development, segmentation analysis and other ad hoc actuarial projects.

Perform other actuarially related work as required and carry out quantitative analysis to support decision making.

Specific Responsibilities

· Perform analyses to support monthly & quarterly reserving, which include data preparation, updating calculation worksheets, evaluating loss ratio trends, analyzing claims development, mix of business shifts, reserve adequacy.

· Support the preparation of presentation slides for the reserving committee meeting and management reporting; preparation of the meeting minutes for the reserving committee meeting.

· Perform commutation valuation and other actuarial studies, such as risk based capital calculation, asset liability management.

· Gain knowledge about company operations, systems and actuarial methodologies. Actively participate, contribute to and prepare for / adjust to changes in the operating environment in relation to the integration of systems and management of data and data reporting;

· Any other related duties as assigned, such as support on IFRS17, M&A valuation, special portfolio review, etc.
