Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing and payment processing, fixed assets

a) Generate monthly billing to customers from accounting system

About the role

As a finance administrator, you will be involved in the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will be required to prepare and submit invoices, bank payments and liaise with clients on payment due. You will also be timely in processing data into the ERP system.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and financing functions.
