My client, a leading reinsurance broking firm is seeking an Analyst, Finance & Operations to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will support the Head of Operations as well as other Senior Management in all aspects of the financial management of the business units and ensure the delivery of the financial KPIs as defined by the company. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Monitoring revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted and reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.
• Reviewing monthly management financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understands company business processes in order to provide application support
• Understands how assigned applications work, data structure and workflow
• Ensures assigned applications operate at optimum levels through regular maintenance
• Works with business users and application developers to identify bugs, recommend and implement enhancements
