Network Security Operations Engineer:
Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations managing the global Networking and Security Infrastructure. Location:
SG Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Global Network and Security Infrastructure
• Troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of Network and security devices.
• Configuring and troubleshooting F5 Load balancers and Proxy Devices • Troubleshooting Checkpoint and juniper firewall
• Cisco routing and switching, LAN/WAN Infrastructure support.
• Experience in DNS, DHCP infrastructure and managing wireless environment.
• Good understanding of networking protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS
• Good experience using multiple firewalls platform such as Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and FortiGate Skills
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in NOC environment • Experience with Load Balancers (such as F5, Avi) required
• Proxy device experience in either Bluecoat or McAfee proxy is necessary
• Familiarity with AAA framework and past experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE, Aruba Clear Pass • Experience in DNS, DHCP infrastructure
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Motivated and proactive in learning
• Drive Major incidents calls independently and keep the communication channel updated.
• Good understanding of ITIL methodology, in-depth knowledge in incident, change and Problem management process.
• Good communication skills and should be a great team player. Shift Schedule • Sunday to Wednesday – 7AM to 7PM SGT • Alternate week – Sunday to Tuesday – 7AM to 7PM SGT
