For this role, you will be an integral part of the Finance Team working closely with key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for the Fund Management entities in Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting and tax functions relating to the Fund Management entities (both Singapore and overseas).
• Maintain oversight over the day-to-day accounting, monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including consolidation.
• Work with tax agents / advisors to ensure compliance with local tax filing obligations. This includes, and is not limited to VAT / GST filings, tax incentive applications, annual declarations, corporate income tax filings, transfer pricing, etc.

• Monitor liquidity requirements of the Fund Management entities including treasury management and foreign exchange analysis.
• Support Financial Controller in building up operating policies and procedures, including digitalisation of workflows, etc.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team on various filing obligations.
• Managing a junior resource.

Experience and Qualifications
