Account Servicing Officer (Banking/East/6 months contract/Up to $4000)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough technical verification checks on customer income documents and manage the creation or maintenance of credit cards and unsecured loans accounts in the Bank's operating systems (critical).
2. Seamlessly toggle between various systems to perform pre-processing and accurate data entries (critical).
3. Update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure timely and accurate information.
4. Effectively handle both internal and external inquiries.
5. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills for cases that cannot be processed by robotic tools.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues related to robotics tools (critical).
7. Efficiently manage ad-hoc projects assigned by the Team Manager.
8. Promptly escalate any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager.
9. Assist the Team Manager in various systems testing and preparation of go-live documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures.
