This role will be a strategic partner to the business, providing financial stewardship and analytical insights to drive growth. Responsibilities include evaluating operational processes, supporting planning and forecasting and conducting asset and operational control reviews. You will also be responsible for business support in overseas subsidiaries through implementing sound business controls and operational practices. As the PFH, you will oversee complex fiscal reporting activities across regions, assess risks, and manage multiple time zones, including travel to underdeveloped countries.

I. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a) Finance & Accounting Operations

• Lead and oversee statutory, tax, and management reporting for the relevant business division and units.

• Establish and enforce standardized regional controls for Balance Sheet accounts.
